LEARN MORE ABOUT TRAUMA INFORMED PRACTICES

The Mental Wellbeing Club for Narcissistic Abuse Recovery is a local, supportive space for women who have experienced narcissistic, toxic or abusive relationships.
Whether you are still trying to make sense of what happened, struggling with the emotional pull after leaving, or rebuilding yourself years later, you don't have to have it all figured out before you walk through the door.
You may understand narcissistic abuse inside out and still find yourself questioning yourself, carrying guilt, missing someone who hurt you, struggling to trust your own judgement or wondering who you are now.
Over 12 weeks, we'll explore things like coercive control, gaslighting, cognitive dissonance, trauma bonding, people pleasing, boundaries, triggers, self trust and rebuilding your identity after abuse.
There is no pressure to share your story. You can come as you are, learn practical tools, connect with women who understand and begin making sense of your experiences at your own pace.
This is not group therapy or crisis support. It is a trauma informed mental wellbeing space focused on safety, education, connection and moving forward.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO PROVE IT WAS "BAD ENOUGH" TO DESERVE SUPPORT.
If it affected you, confused you, changed how you see yourself or left you struggling to trust yourself, there is space for you here.

Feel safe enough to pause, land and breathe.

Understand their nervous system and emotional responses.

Learn practical tools to cope with everyday life.

Reconnect with themselves and others.
